Drought Shout 2013
A hugely successful and enjoyable day was had at Maingatainoka recently for the Drought Shout – it certainly did prove to be a breaker for most. It was excellent to see so many industry players out to support grassroots farmers and engender a bit of comradery amongst us all.
Our competition to win one of three rams up to the value of $1100 was a great success with the winners being:
- Ross and Narina Sewell of Omega Station, Wainuiouru, Masterton
- Nick and Katie Balfour of Bute Station, Tinui, Masterton
- An unclaimed third number, perhaps someone who had enjoyed the day a bit much.
We enjoyed seeing so many of our valued clients and also those just generally interested in what we’re up to, it was a great chance to find out what our clients are dealing with day to day. Hopefully we won’t have reason for another get together in similar circumstances this time next year!
